Michael believes that Italian cuisine, pizza, and local food products in the United States can closely match Italy. Espresso, unfortunately, lags behind. His goal is to change this.

A professional boxer, Enzo has led a life filled with strong will, hard work, sacrifice, and passion which culminated into great success.
He gained notoriety as the WBU Italian Super Middleweight Boxing Champion for nearly 10 years. Understanding the occupational hazards of his sport, Enzo knew that he could not box forever. Rather than throwing money away, like so many other professional athletes, Enzo remained grounded, and developed other passions outside the ring. The art of espresso soon became his new craft. Dedicated and determined, Enzo opened successful coffee bars in Vigevano, Italy
